What should I expect at pelvic floor therapy?

Every new evaluation starts with an unrushed conversation about your current symptoms and goals for treatment. You can expect to receive a full body evaluation. We will likely uncover more valuable information over your first few sessions. This helps us uncover the root causes of your symptoms, to address all related factors and ensure long-term relief.

How long will it take to feel better?

Our goal is to help you feel better as soon as possible, but it’s hard to estimate your exact timeline prior to your evaluation. It can take a few visits to determine how your body is going to respond to treatment and ensure we have uncovered all related root causes. We are passionate about not putting a bandaid on your symptoms and instead giving you lasting long-term relief.
